RETURNS
1. What is the return policy of ALUSKY.?
We have a 1-day return policy at ALUSKY. that allows you to return items purchased from us.
All returned items are subjected to our quality control checklist, and the refund or replacement is processed only after they pass this stage.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. This return policy does not cover items that have been damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or application.
Convenience and delivery fees are not refundable, and cash-on-delivery refunds are only available through NEFT transactions
